CriticalMy father was a resident. We bought him an Alexa Show so family members who could not visit in person could have video calls with him. The nurses kept unplugging the unit and writing nasty letters on his door to falsely claim that people were being recorded. It was a terrible way to spend his final weeks there.

CriticalJR started out great when we moved our mom into memory care. She was mobile and speech was good, her only issue was memory. Declining quickly within a couple of months we were told it was dementia progressing. The suggestion (later becoming demands) by [name removed] and admin that we provide 24 hr sitter in addition to the cost, psych evaluation, and hospice was overwhelming. CriticalValue for cost - this is a moving target. Seen some good workers leave lately. We would recommend this community to other families with reservations, Internal and external communication could be much improved. I would like to emphasize that they are still a very new facility. The activities director is excellent!! Facility itself is beautiful and well kept.

PositiveWe are very pleased with our experience with The Farms at Bailey Station. I trust the staff with my loved one and this is a big plus for me. I would recommend you book a tour and check to make sure this is a good fit for your loved one. The staff communication with the family is really good, and they are proactive of letting the family know if there are concerns about our loved. The staff are good at following up with on the care about for loved one.
