Not the newest facility but one of the most efficient and best managed I could have possibly imagined. Snow and ice everywhere except here where all paved streets and sidewalks have been cleared for two days. Staff is friendly, polite, helpful, and trustworthy. Food is good to great and I am a picky eater to say the least. My wife and I feel like we made the best choice in this most important decision. We are happy here!

We initially moved mom into the more independent side of the facility. Mom took a sharp decline about 2 weeks after she moved in. Germantown Plantation starting offering more services and the minute an apartment opened up they moved very fast to get it painted and cleaned for her to move to the fully assisted living side. They are doing whatever they can to ease the transition- both moves. She really likes her OT and PT. The food is very good. Prices very reasonable. Her apartment is convenient for her needs a…
