I went to visit my relative on yesterday took her to appointment.I gathered her laundry together yesterday for her clothes to be washed for today which is Tuesday her wash day.Those dirty clothes are still in her room they didn’t wash them I left word with [name removed] at the desk to tell them to wash her clothes.Last week they let her toilet stay stopped up for 2 days very disgusting.Then the assistant director had the nerve to say you a little frowny today trying to be funny.

The staff are all very nice as well as the facility. The food is good, and other provided services are good (laundry, cleaning, etc. ) My mom really likes it there and has slowly begun to take advantage of activities and entertainment they provide. This is our first experience with an assisted living facility so we don't have anything to compare it to. There has been quite a bit of turnover, which may be normal for these types of places. From the first appointment with employees on selecting a space, options available, meals, medication controls, activity offerings to processing information to move my Mother in. She has been there a year now and I have no complaints on staff or rules. My Mother is very happy and tells me often that she does not want to go back to her "house".

They are short staffed ... by design. Only 1 nurse and two RA's for 36-39 residents. Per 12 hour shift. Those same RA's are also responsible for setting up and cleaning after meals. So the residents are getting very little individual attention. So there is a lot of turnover... so not really getting to know the residents and who needs to be fed vs who can feed themselves.
