CriticalThis place is a joke!!! The staff and management does nothing. They leave your loved one alone, don’t take care of their needs, and the staff is lazy. They expect someone else to do the job while they all stand around doing nothing. They get on their phones, eat while they should be caring for the residents. PositiveI would recommend the Knoll's to others. They have been supportive and welcome feedback to ensure my mom's needs are met. The facility provided the level of support my mother needed while having the appearance and feel of an apartment complex rather than a nursing facility.

PositiveI felt very welcome there, the staff was friendly and knew their patients well. It was cleaned often, and they offered a number of activities for everyone. I loved the style and openness of the facility. It had huge windows with beautiful trees and landscaping, it felt very welcoming. I was happy to have my husband there.
