Just an hour north of Los Angeles, California rests The Lexington Assisted Living community. We are proud to provide a variety of care services to our residents through our independent living, assisted living, and memory care programs. Our English Tudor-style community is comfortable, polished, and full of community spaces, service-oriented caregivers, and state-of-the-art amenities. We are located in the heart of the Ventura community — near local shopping, restaurants, and medical centers, so residents can stay connected to the surrounding area. Community Amenities and Services No two residents have the same needs, which is why our team of caregivers are equipped to provide a variety of services. We specialize in providing memory care, ambulatory care, incontinence care, and medication management among other specific services. A wide range of community doctors, therapists, and nurses are available to make on-site visits to aid in residents’ care when necessary. All meals are provided for residents in our restaurant-style dining room. We believe nutrition is a cornerstone of wellness, and we work hard to provide satisfying meals that meet the dietary needs of residents. Need an accommodation made? Just let us know. In between meals, take advantage of our indoor and outdoor community spaces and activity calendar. Enjoy our beautifully landscaped courtyard, move your body in our exercise room, play pool in the Churchill library, watch a film and enjoy freshly popped popcorn in our theater, and more. Learn a new skill, get out into the community, connect with other residents, or attend a devotional service. We try to have something for everyone and are always open to suggestions. Living Arrangements All residents enjoy studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and semi-private apartments that come equipped with amenities like large wardrobe closets, air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, and ground floor access and kitchenettes in some units. We are a pet-friendly community up to 30 pounds and look forward to meeting your furry friends. The only thing missing here is you.
