CriticalI felt like they weren’t really able to provide any concrete information other than the price of the room. There were many charges that were “oh yeah, also you have to pay this monthly”. There were no print outs, just information she wrote down on a piece of paper. I did appreciate that she said they were waiving the community fee, but overall didn’t feel like it was a good fit bc the tour was lacking relative information.

My mother has been living at The Neighborhood of Sheffield for almost 10 years. Under [name removed] leadership, the facility has grown into a top-notch, caring home for her. I enjoy visiting and am happy that my mom is well cared for. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. There are numerous activities Mom enjoys. My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with The Neighborhood at Sheffield. The staff are personable and caring towards the residents. Everyone is friendly from the staff to residents. The staff are great at communicating with the family and making sure all of our questions are answered! Overall, this is a community worth checking out and we would recommend it to others.
