The facility is clean, and the room [name removed] is in is very nice and comfortable. Overall, we have been very pleased with our experience. I especially want to recognize [name removed], the Director of Safety and Marketing. She is always ready to help and has come through for us time and time again, despite how busy she is. In my eyes, she is above a 5-star rating. She truly goes above and beyond at her job, and I would like to see her recognized for the exceptional care, attention, and support she provides. …

Great value compared to many others. The only negative thing I would point out is I believe them to be short staffed as it took quite a length of time to get assistance especially in your own room. Not good in an emergency situation should one arise. The staff is actually great as far as accommodating your requests as per any questions you may have or any thing you may need in your room. The problem is if you need assistance to get out of the bed to the wheelchair be prepared to wait sometimes 15 minutes or even lo…

Liked most: friendly staff and administrators. Good amount of in-house services (beauty parlor, rehab, some activities, laundry service). Improvements needed: be able to support residents on the level they need. Mom and Dad dressed themselves, yet one Sunday at 6 am, a caregiver came into their room, woke them from sound sleep, and said everyone needed to get dressed because they were short on staff (???). We moved mom & dad back home after one month. It was a very unfortunate negative impact on their life saving…

Overall it is good. Room size is great. Activities and family activities are great. Housekeeping is fair and laundry is poor. Communication with family and non-medical concerns (environment, etc) is poor. Maintenance is good. Day to day sides and nursing is fair. Prescription cost management is poor ( 90 day supply little or no cost Orchards only does 30 day supplies and triples or quadrupoles cost. May not be different other places but important cost factor)

I would give them a 5 star rating. Food choices and tasty quality. Waitress service. Staff was very friendly and ready to help upon request. All of my concerns were addressed. Clean environment. Many activities were offered. Travel to and from outside doctors was provided. Over all the amount of benifits the orchards offered was well worth the price they charged which was considerably more affordable than some of the other assisted l
