Staff there is excellent - always very caring and kind. In particular, [name removed] keeps the residents engaged with lots of activities. His enthusiasm for his job is incredible.

I was looking into places for my parents. Spoke to [name removed] several times. Very difficult to get a hold of as well. Explained the entire situation, their financial situation etc.. When it came time for the paperwork there was another text exchange asking about the 2 year guarantee because my parents would fall short of it. She text me "Just be transparent on the financial form, that way we can plan for when they start to apply" That Friday the director started getting involved asking questions. Only to wind u…

The best place for my dad!!

My father has been a resident at Reflections for 2 and a half yrs. He has declined somewhat over time and the staff is always meeting the new challenges and helping us (his family) along the way. The nurses are very attentive and understanding and all the aides have shown to be truly caring individuals who take pride in their work. Everything is always very clean and neat and there are plenty of different things for the residents to do. Once a month there is something planned for the families and it is always a nic…

Brandywine treats everyone like family. They are all so kind in meeting everyone's individual needs. All residents are treated with dignity and respect and anything we requested for our loved one was always done. I can't say enough about the staff at Brandywine and how they made a very difficult time for our family into an easier transition through their guidance during the whole process.
