The facility is very clean and well maintained. It seems that they update regularly to keep things fresh and clean. We noticed while touring the facility, there was a lot of activity! Many residents and staff members were moving about engaging one another! We were greeted by many residents who seemed to be very happy and active! The tour was very informative and seeing what MiraVie has to offer was very educational to me being that it was my first tour of an assisted living , memory care facility.I was impressed to see it was clean and nicely appointed. The best part is how friendly and helpful everyone is. My mom is always saying how well cared for and respected she feels. They could improve on maintenance issues and housekeeping of the individual apartments. I know they recently bought out an old facility and just got a mew executive director so I'm hopeful these issues will improve.

Lots of issues with aides and housekeeping. Nurses are rude, arrogant and uncaring. Management has provided incorrect information. The previous executive director had no idea or didn't care about what goes on at this facility. The hope is that the new executive director will handle all the issues she has been stuck with. I regret moving my aunt to this facility. It's always some issue day in and out.
