I like The Oscar in Georgetown TX. There are plenty of activities, the food is great, the staff is great. I have a housekeeper once a week to keep my apartment clean and nice. I'm in a one bedroom apartment- which meets my needs. I have a washer and dryer. There is a dishwasher, a microwave, built in cable television, full size refrigerator, full size stove. No additional charge for electricity or internet. Secure, safe, accessible. Nice location.

The list of amenities was very strong - and I started to plan my future based on bridge, exercise (including water aerobics and the gym), food service, built in washer and dryer, and reasonable quietness. The dining room food is always hot and fresh. I enjoy the food options available. There is a new chef and the menu is improving daily. My apartment is small, however, it does have a patio and yard for my dog. I find the staff to be courteous and helpful. The maintenance crew is there to assist in hanging pictures, moving furniture and helping with whatever I need done. The Oscar appears to be well maintained by the cleaning crew.
