We would rate the overall experience a 4.5. Although we only stayed at The Palms for 2 months, we did like it pretty well. The apartment had good storage and a laundry on the balcony. The management kept the place very clean and in good repair. The food was generally good, but we didn't care for the hours. The grill closed at 5:30, and the dining room at 6:00. We were used to eating a little later. There are people available for caregiving and dog walking at a reasonable price, but they have to be scheduled ahead. …
