CriticalLife at the Park.
The facility is fairly nice. The apartment size is ideal for one person. As far as cleaning is concerned they are to clean once a week but doesn't occur often. We have had to request the apartment to be cleaned. We have had issues with Meds being given and the correct Meds at times very dissatisfied hopefully they seem to have corrected this issue. The cafeteria is clean and seem to provide good selection of food sometimes there are lengthy wait times for their food to be served. Some staff seem very helpful and pr…

I have been living at Park Oak Grove for a little while now. There were a few hiccups in the beginning, but I think that's normal with such a big change. The staff is caring; they are quick to assist me with anything that I need. There have been some staff changes in the last few months which have only improved my experience here. I would choose Park Oak Grove again and I recommend them to friends.
