PositiveActivities are amazing. Nurses, same ones all the time. We have a great Raport with them. We love [name removed] the director. My mom loves the food. Its cozy there and you ask them to do things a certain way (moms skin care), they listen and report it to everybody. Only down side is smaller room and bathroom for slightly more money. Its worth the trade for us. The residents are all happier. They Never complain.

PositiveI visited a friend last week. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly. Caregivers are ok. The main boss has a wonderful, caring spirit and extremely knowledgeable. My family member is happy here.

They "lost" 5 pairs of her pants - never to be found. The food was awful. The one day I went looking for an aide to help me get my mom out of bed and nobody was to be found. I asked at the office and was told that the aide assigned there has to leave early to catch her bus. …

PositiveOnboarding is outstanding. Unfortunately as is the case industry- wide staffing is a challenge. I would highly recommend to others. It is top- notch.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are what I wanted. Yes, we would recommend The Pines of Mt. Lebanon to other families
