I had never had to look for senior living before, so visiting several communities to find the right place for my amazing friend was a new experience for me. Out of all the places we toured, this community was by far the best fit for her. She has a dog, so finding a pet-friendly environment was very important, and this place truly welcomed both of them. The thing that struck me when I first tried the facility a few years ago was that all the staff seemed to know every resident by name, and that is still true. I follow them on Facebook, and they post activities every day that the residents have participated in. My Dad doesn't participate in the craft ones, but he does go on some of the outings, and he enjoys them. Last week they had Octoberfest, and all of the family's were invited.
