PositiveWonderful care
[name removed], the Exec. Director was caring, helpful, and responsive. [name removed], the PT was positive, caring and totally committed to his work. My mom had some difficulty there due to her aggressive behaviors and the staff kept me in the loop and did everything they could. Ultimately, I moved her closer to me in Chattanooga, but it wasn't b/c of anything they did or didn't do.

PositiveWe had a very nice tour. Everyone we were introduced to were very friendly and helpful in their comments about services and activities provided. The facility was very clean looking and there were no unpleasant smells anywhere. It also seemed very bright with lots of natural and artificial light.
