Pleased with my Dad's care

My dad has been there for a year. He seems happy. He seems to be well cared for. He sometimes complains about the food. That is pretty minor as far as I am concerned.

Disappointed

Over promise under deliver! Management poor communication and follow up. Facility is nice. Activities director great! Best part of the preserve. Food is more than disappointing. Truly a for profit

Great care for my dad

The nurses and other staff are very helpful to my father. They also help him quickly when needed. They provide his meds on time. They also refill his meds when necessary. I would recommend to others. I feel my dad is being well cared for.

my dad loves it

My dad has been here for a little over a year and he loves it. He goes on all of the outings they do, and loves the staff. I’ve never had to worry about him being taken care of, and I enjoy coming to visit and seeing his favorite nurses.

Very nice place. The staff is friendly. Improvement could be made with the food. My father says it's terrible and most of the time cold. He wants to move because of the food. Good food is a must.
