it was too crowded, I noticed some of the staff pushing people in wheelchairs kind of aggressively, 1 lady was lost on the wrong floor and couldn't find her way home. it is too expensive to be this chaotic.

Happiness for my parents and happiness for me.

[name removed] was amazing with her tour, her incredible communication, and the whole staff was so wonderful and the facility is beautiful. Absolute joy finding a beautiful, safe place, full of wonderful people who give me the peace of mind that mom and dad are getting the best care in the best place.

Amazing Residence for Mom

My mother has been a resident since the place first opened as Harbor Chase of The Park Cities 3 years ago, then changed management and became The Preston of the Park Cities. The place is gorgeous and they are far more creative with their food and menus than any other place we initially looked at. Although there has been turnover in staff over the years, the best key players on staff stayed & have become real assets to the place.
