I moved here four months ago during a stressful period — my husband was on hospice and passed only a few weeks later. Everyone was warmly supportive and welcoming. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful facility and grounds. Therapists and care staff stay in touch with me. Food is better than I eat. My wife was in rehabilitation on the campus. Management staff worked with me to make the transition to assisted living more affordable for me than the other facility I was considering. Very close to my home. I would definitely recommend the Quadrangle. Very professional and friendly staff. My wife's room is very nice and accommodating

I am in a room on the second floor in the Oak Building for rehab. I have never been so disappointed or upset by a situation. I arrived 3 day ago. The room is full of chipped, door handles/knobs missing. The wall pain is chipped. The bathroom smells like a sewer. Last night there were mice coming from the heating unit scampering the floor. I left a phone message and spoke to a night staff member who told me mice were all over this floor. It is now 2:30 and no one has contacted me. I left 2 more phone messages. Botto…
