The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered our questions without pressure. Staff and some residents are friendly. Others are clearly not. Typically of the world. We were told that there are ambassadors who would reach out and suggest they attend this or that. Not sure I've seen that. Quality of care - so far they have not needed assistance. The two times my Step mother has approached the head RN she has been helpful and followed up with my sister as caretaker. For my Dad. Staff - they have a great pre move in 3 or so hour meeting where we all had some time with all of the department hea…

PositiveThis tour was fantastic. [name removed] was delightful and the entire staff was so welcoming. The facility was gorgeous and so well designed. The one bedroom was a showplace.
