PositiveMy mother has been a Youville Lexington residents for over a year and it has been perfect for her! Youville is an incredibly supportive and caring place that has everything that is important to my mom; a very caring and attentive staff, an amazingly interesting and vibrant community that really supports each other, nice sized rooms that are clean and comfortable, stimulating and varied activities, and a very quiet campus with a pong, lots of trees and tons of open space that that is unrivaled in the area. PositiveMy mother is very happy there. I think it would be helpful for other families to know that if their parent needs any kind of personal care that they are going to have to hire outside people to do it for them. Youville does not have enough staff to do anymore than the minimum.

PositiveI love that the staff are happy and engaged. You can tell it is a great place to work and the residents benefit from happy engaged employees. I also love the building, it is absolutely gorgeous! The apartments are spread out so my father-in-law is able to wander through all of the areas and get exercise and not feel cooped in. The activities are designed to improve my loved one's health and mind. From a daily morning exercise class (everyone is seated) to documentaries and stimulating activities. I also really like…

PositiveThe Courtyard at Youville has been exactly what Dad and us (kids) were looking for. Staff is attentive, responsive and friendly. Plenty of activities. Food is good. And having an opportunity to attend Catholic Mass several times a week without leaving campus was easily the deciding factor to land here. We are all very happy.

PositiveYouville is a very small and welcoming facility. It is not flashy but very homey. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff is very attentive to the residence. Often ask if there's anything you need or can do for you. I often see people enjoying themselves that are in there. this has been a great fit for my mom as she does like to spend time by herself and in the chapel. People do allow her her privacy. I can't say enough good things about Youville. It's the perfect fit for my mom.
