★★★★★
PositiveThey are very helpful. The memory unit has a smell and I'm sure there are reasonable for that. The staff are very nice and good.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff seems to be very good. Helpful and attentive. Room-apartment is a good size. What they offer is very good.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff were suburb and went above and beyond to help my family when we were supposed to have my Dad move in. He ended up in the hospital and everything was delayed over a week. They assisted with all the furniture delivery when nobody was actually in the unit and they also helped haul away all the trash when we were able to move him in. We were very grateful and impressed.
★★★★★
PositiveMy Dad will be living there by next week. The staff and facilities are really nice. [name removed] at A Place for Mom was incredible . He is going to get a 1 bedroom apartment and three meals a day and they will be checking on him once a day!
★★★★★
PositiveThey are not always responsive from Wellness Director. My sister went to an apartment but within 4 days she was moved to memory care. In memory care she isn't as far along as the others in her memory journey..that's a little difficult for her. Her room is large and has nice big windows. The staff are nice..sometime hard to understand their dialect.
★★★★★
PositiveThe main issue is the tiered care packages. You can't pick and choose care options. They are clean but in need of renovation. Higher quality ingredients and activities "younger" residents. By that I mean people who are under 80.
