The Residence had a nice homey feel. And all the many community rooms were spacious. Also I liked that it was a smaller community of people living there, which felt more personal.

All of the residents are very nice and it is a nice place, well appointed and furnished, pretty well maintained. The nursing staff are all very nice and helpful. Seems like the room cleaning could be better and the food isn't as good as it was a few months ago....alot of repeat dinners......not alot of variety (per my mother in law who is the resident). Based on the experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell a friend to avoid it. They can improve on many things. They have horrible nursing staff, the Director is very unkind.

According to my mom, The food service is not very good. Over the last several months there has been some cost cutting measures that have affected the food service. The activities director was let go some time ago and has not been replaced with someone who measured up to her. Mom says after she left, activities have really dropped off. She also thinks morale is down a bit.
