The place is always kept clean. I only wish they'd hire more people. It always seems the attendant are outnumbered and overworked.

Clean but Cold

What stood out the most was they had availability for a 2 bedroom. Overall condition of the facility was generally good. I would recommend. Food and temperature in the dining hall have been my mom's biggest concern. Dining hall is very cold and food so far has not been good

Staff is very friendly and attentive to the resident and family. Am fairly pleased with the resident's care and would recommend the facility to others. Most of the time, the response to questions and concerns is in a timely manner. However, there has been difficulty getting the medication orders reviewed and corrected. Perhaps because the facility is short staffed? The biggest concern is that a gate in a courtyard does not lock, allowing a resident to leave the facility at night, and staff not being aware of the r…

We have been very pleased with our experience at The Oaks. I feel they really care about their residents and take good care of them. When I have had questions or needs for my mom, they have responded quickly and appropriately.

nice place and good personnel

Overall I am satisfied with the care that my wife gets. I have a few complaints. It took 2 days for her to get toilet paper and her toilet does not flush properly and that has been like that for over 10 days. It takes over 45 minutes for her to get her food

Our Experience

My mom was previously a resident at Oaks at Seneca. The girls were amazing, they loved my mom and really treated her like she was their mom. During her last days, I spent most of the days with her, I left to go home and shower when I would come back one of the girls were sitting with her. I just wasn't impressed with the few that were in charge.
