PositiveExcellent facility and we received a great tour. We are very impressed with your facility. Unfortunately, my parents are not seeking any help from me in relocating them to an independent care facility.

PositiveI would rate a 5 for all except care. I don't require any care. But they do provide exercise classes that fairly well attended. I do enjoy living here. Yes, I would recommend The Rio Grande community to other families.

PositiveWhat a beautiful facility! I was very impressed with all the amenities and the overall layout and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and caring, and I would feel comfortable having my Mom there. Unfortunately, we now need a facility that can convert to Assisted Living from Indepedent Living as Mom's needs are changing. If she was more independent, I would love for her to stay there. I'm giving a special shoutout to[name removed], the manager who met us and gave us the tour. Wow, she is incredible! Kudos to her!

PositiveWhat most stood out to me about the facility was how bright and clean everything was. There was plenty of light around, beautiful views, and updated, well-kept facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the lunch that we got to sit down to on the first day was with a very friendly resident and helpful staff, and it was a delicious meal.
