CriticalWe’ve been visiting n caring for a relative here for awhile. Some staff are professional, kind n pleasant, but a good part of the staff are entirely too nosey n judgy. There are so many rules which overstep any normal boundaries. They try to govern who can visit, how often and even what can be said by full grown adults! The resident was told if they wanted help they couldn’t cuss!? And as far as “assisted” living, you pay FAR too much n they do bare minimum! And that’s only done by the few decent staff members! Yo…

PositiveWe found the staff were very supportive and kind. That would depend. It's more targeting lower income populations and isn't fancy. So not a fit for everyone's needs . But the care is good quality in that context.
★★★★★
PositiveMy father-in-law lived at this facility for seven months before he passed. It wasn't fancy but it was well cared for and he was as happy here as he could have been at that stage of life. The independent apartments are nicely laid out, private and quiet. He liked the meals, although there are always some that people don't like. I came in from Chicago regularly to visit and was happy to see how well cared for he was. Staff were responsive, caring and helpful.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's a nice place to live. I like that I have my privacy. The staff is friendly, and I get along with them pretty well. I do think some of their equipment needs updating. For instance, some of the washers don't work. But maintenance is wonderful and very helpful. And the administrator is great. They offer lots of things to do in the mornings and afternoons, and the girl who leads the activities is very nice.
★★★★★
PositiveWe toured this community for the care for my mother in law. We found the staff to be helpful with the questions we had. The activities would have been helpful for her to participate. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is not a large place and the care is better from our experience. My mom is doing fine and enjoying the community. All is going good from what I notice and she has been provided a companion once a week. They are getting along very well and they enjoy the same activities. They like to walk and get out an go, they plan little activities. Participation is getting encouraged here. I would recommend them.
