Excellent staff, good activities, nice room. Could do with better vegetarian food options. It's a good size, I would recommend them to others.

PositiveWe had a wonderful tour guide and we enjoyed our visit and went back many times. We were able to tour multiple units and alll the amenities. Our whole family came to dinner and everyone was so friendly. We signed my father up for a one bedroom unit and he will move in July. He is looking forward to being a resident at the Sheridan.

It is pleasant here. Residents are friendly and staff is considerate, responsive, and caring. I would recommend it to others. Our story is not like those online or most people here. I found The Sheridan at Oak Brook for my husband and me. We are the youngest ones here, in good health, have good hearing and minds, and are both still driving. I was surprised by that. I thought independent living would be filled with people more like us. But, in any case, we are enjoying it. And the staff (and food) are super.

What we like the most about the community is that there are a lot of activities. and the staff are very helpful and nice. I feel that my sister is being well taken care of in a very pleasant atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend The Sheridan community to other families, but it is pricey.

We love the Sheridan. We couldn't get him into the Memory Care but we do have him in assisted living with 24 hour care. So far so good. It's only been about a month.
