Activities, food/dining, cleanliness, and room size all 5! My mom loves the food. They have a food council that let's the residents voice their opinions on the food whether they want something different or "can we try this". They also have traveling carts from room to room that offer hot chocolate, sweets, donuts. There's always something to do-crafts, music, trips to Walmart/Dollar Tree, ice cream, look at xmas lights. My mom has her room/ bathroom cleaned once a week, mop the floors, dust, clean the kitchenett…
