PositiveAs a resident here for the last 4 months ,I have experienced nothing but kindness from the staff and residence here. I receive a written schedule every morning during breakfast with the daily activities that are planned for the day (which include but aren't limited to bingo arts and crafts and even movies that we all watch together). The meal menu is provided and prepared by an actual chef that keeps the meals flavorful and entertaining (there also substitutions made for dietary needs or if you just don't like what…

PositiveWe chose Tudor Heights because they were ale to offer some of the same services at a lower price. Their staff seem to be very involved with the residents and they take the time to get to know them and get to know their likes and needs. I would recommend them to others looking.

PositiveI placed my mother here a few months ago. She is so happy!!! The staff is incredibly generous and friendly. They are reasonable with pricing, and have given my mother a new life. She suffers from dementia and it was overwhelming having her at home alone. But my fears are gone because of this incredible community. Thank you Tudor Heights.
★★★★★
CriticalI thought this would be a place my mom would feel comfortable in, but my mistake nearly cost her her life, and that's no exaggeration. From ongoing medication errors to lack of attention after a bad fall, my mom is still suffering the consequences of Tudor Frights. The director will always try to put a positive spin on things, but is not in touch with the day to day operations. She makes promises but never follows through. The nursing staff is overwhelmed by the amount of responsibility they shoulder, and do not re…

CriticalTudor Heights is attractive, and at first glance, presents as a "homey" environment. Visuals are often deceiving, and in this case, they sure are. From the day my loved one arrived, I could tell this was not a good place. The director, friendly and attentive prior to admission, was nowhere to be found. Complaints fell on deaf ears. Her role as the former marketing director was apparent-always trying to put a positive spin on the problems at Tudor. Every complaint I raised, she minimized. Nursing care not up to basi…

PositiveThe director did a good job at putting me at ease, asked pertinent background questions and provided a nice friendly tour. Well appointed facility, nice communal rooms. Resident rooms were a bit small and halls were warm - AC being fixed. Residents appeared happy. Outside area was limited, but inside was nice.
