Arden Courts Pikesville, A Memory Care Community

Facility had a lot to offer. First impression was of bathroom in the lobby was dusty and walls were damaged. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Materials were plentiful and easy to understand. The interior of the facility looked clean and was set up well. Residents were spoken to and addressed by their name. They offer lots of activities. This facility was on the high end for monthly costs.

Caring Staff

I’ve visited my friend at Arden Courts several times, and every visit leaves me impressed. The staff is always warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. My friend seems happy, well cared for, and engaged, and it’s clear the team takes the time to know each resident. I would feel confident recommending this community to anyone looking for memory care for a loved one.

My first impression was that it was very organized and clean, with lots of smiling faces; the staff were very friendly, and there was a family-like atmosphere—the employees know the residents really well. I liked it a lot... and as I walked down the hallway, the smell of the food was spectacular.

Great Place for Memory Care

I recently visited a family friend who lives at Arden Courts. I was very impressed by what I saw at the community. The facility is clean, the staff are attentive and the residents seem very happy. It was nice to see that they offer a variety of activities every day.

Our family's experience

The staff is nice. Sometimes they are hard to find, when needed. The food is pretty good. We have had many items misplaced, which is normal. I just don't understand when they do laundry they don't check the names in the clothes. For the monthly fee, I would expect more staff and more activities. I love the fact that the center is a circle and you never walk into a wall. The rooms are ok.

The facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful, everyone greats you and makes sure you are accommodated perfectly! Great experience and super helpful staff! I definitely welcome anyone to come here!!
