The staff was friendly, and the facility and room were nice. Overall, we felt the community was okay, and we truly liked many of the people who worked there. However, we found the memory care unit to be understaffed. The staff did their best, and most were good at their jobs, but there were some who appeared to lack the training and experience needed to properly manage residents with dementia. We were also surprised to learn that we were not the only family who had to hire an outside company to provide additional …

Our family has been most pleased with the Views of Marion! The facility is bright and clean and the entry way inviting. The staff has been superior in every way; they go the extra mile to ensure a resident is comfortable and engaged. Our mother has been with the Views of Marion since the Spring of 2020. She just loves the programs and calls the Views her home. I am consulted when there is a decision to be made regarding my mother's health. As power of attorney, I handle her finances and health decisions. However, I live in Arizona and not present during the day to day events. But I do hear from the staff on regular basis, as well as talking with my mother. The staff is very attentive to my mother's needs and will often bring her lunch or dinner to her room, if she is unable to come to the dinning room.
