★★★★★
PositiveEveryone is extremely nice my Mom feels welcomed and the building is always extremely clean. The food is awful.. overcooked dried out no flavor. My husband and I went to eat and it was actually horrible we did not finish our meals
★★★★★
PositiveThere is a ton of turnover in the staff all the time. Kitchen staff especially, making dinners haphazard, unorganized, and often cold. Desk staff seems to be someone new every time I stop by. The facility is lovely.
★★★★★
CriticalStarted out as a perfect fit! Staff has been reduced! Aides and servers are doing double duty because all staff has been reduced!! Can't keep track of meds anymore and are asking residents to call Family to bring meds! Beds are not being made! Food is terrible! Residents are afraid of complaining because it might make it worse! My Relative wants to "run away" we are looking at other facilities ASAP!
★★★★★
CriticalIt was all good until she became a "problem for them as many geriatric patients do. The price increased by thousands. She got depressed and worse rapidly. We have since moved her to another state close to other family. What an instant change!!! They're terrible
★★★★★
PositiveWhile everyone is very nice and friendly, there are procedural things that are poorly executed. Paperwork not processed on time, miscommunication between administrators and staff, difficulty communicating with anyone beyond the front desk person. Some information has to be requested, and if you don't know what to request you won't get that information.
★★★★★
PositiveThe remodeled sections great. older sections not so clean. The residents and all staff are great. Parents are in independent living but all staff is very responsive to their requests. The food is not like mom used to prepare but edible. big plus that chef meets with residents and ask for suggestions for the week and prepared them. . my parents like cranberry landing because it is smaller in size. this allows them to feel like they are sharing facilities with friends and family. versus being in an institution.
