My experience is focused on memory care at mercy creek

I'd give admin a 4. They have a np round regularly, but there is no good method of communication from the np to family. The nurse at the facility works to communicate to family, but they have some kinks to work out. Neither the np or facility use an emr that as a guardian I can see the updates pushed to me. Everything else is a 5. Very clean, bright, new memory care space. I toured 3, and this was by far the nicest facility. And the only facility i found that had 1br as opposed to studio. Highly recommended

Facility is new, spotless and in very good repair. It is quiet inside the facility and the facility is located in the middle of farm lands, so has zero outside noise. The staff is exceptionally friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable to assist in any way needed. The always great residents and guests with a cheerful smile and warm greeting.

The facility was very inviting and clean. The staff and residents were very nice. I visited during lunch time and the food smelled good.

Overall Recommendation

Most of the staff were very good, kind and caring. The food was good and the premises were clean. They could use more staff.

The community is well-known for its cleanliness, and the staff is consistently friendly. The residents seem content and are always open to conversations. They appear to be quite happy with their living environment and the activities available to them. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

Mercy Creek is a great place

Food is delicious ??. Lots of change over in staff(I think common anywhere). Wonderful activity director. She works to keep all happy and include families. She has been there a real long time. It's real clean and presents well. Lots of amenities. They shop for folks or take them shopping three days a week and it's free transportation anywhere.
