My mom is getting wonderful care at The Village at Towngate! I highly recommend The Village at Towngate for your loved one who needs extra care and support. My mom is doing so much better than when she was in independent living. She receives emotional support, medical support and is involved in more social activities. The staff there are like family and I now have piece of mind that my mom is getting the care that she needs

The welcoming staff at all levels. Yes I would recommend.. On our first visit the facility seemed a little dated but it was very clean and the staff seemed friendly and very helpful. We liked that the community was on the smaller side and the location in Greece was central to family. We were not mistaken! The front staff when you first walk in were pleasant. Overall the place is clean. Cafeteria people were wonderful and food choices were good. However, the staff that was supposed to assist my father did not do a very good job I would say very poor. I would go there and he would not be able to get out of bed and he would be full of urine the bed soaked and when I mentioned it to the staff they said they checked on him just a few minutes prior which I knew was a lie because half of the urine was dry. Awesome and caring staff

My mom moved into the village at Towngate against her liking, But she loves everything about the community. The accommodation, the staff the fellow residents etc. I and my sister, both love it for her. The executive director is so caring and looks after my mom to ensure she is safe with "friends" she makes on the interact.
