The administrative staff are "hands on". They are very good at knowing the residents needs and are very accommodating. The staff try hard to make the residents happy and content. It just has a very nice atmosphere.

The place change hands recently. The food is not that good. The day my sister moved in, they fired everybody. That was running the place and no one welcomed her. No one gave us any information and we still have no information. They don't give toilet paper to the rooms, but two rolls a week. And they didn't tell us about that we just recently, learned it, we have to bring the paper, and then they steal it. The med techs lie, i also think that the nurse lies. She's new. Generally care is good. They will be changing management in November. There have been a few times when we have had some challenges. Management took care of it right away. They have tried hard to hire staff. The complaint of the young people is it's too much work and they quit. I am generally satisfied. We’re all human and no place is going to be perfect. Manager and sales director left shortly after occupancy, communications very poor. Working staff friendly, and med tech responsive, but phone often unanswered. Raising rate now by going to charge extra for laundry, usually included in fee, Room is clean and neat, things look ok, but something just isn't right here.
