CriticalA 30yr veteran of our Nation froze to death in their walkin freezer. It's been reported on multiple news outlets despite management trying to hush the situation up. They pay the employees nothing, have staffing issues and have refused to accept accountability for this incident. It's disgusting and unacceptable.

CriticalThis is where we placed my mother-in-law. Not only was it understaffed but they allowed her to keep food in her room, a no no for a hoarder. Her room had to be sprayed for bugs! Not only that, but the odor that hit us many times after we walked through the double doors of the dining room reeked of urine in the hall all the way back to her room. When we got to her room and open the door at about, knocked us down. The urine smell was horrid. The caregiver we hired had to take her laundry and wash it three times to re…

CriticalAt the time my parents were living there it was very nice however because it was so new the staff was minimal. English was the second language for some. Residents of Waverly would be best served if they didn't require much assistance.

PositiveThe Waverly just celebrated its one-year anniversary. It is a beautiful facility with caring staff, good food, and lots of bright airy rooms and balconies for residents and families use. The caregivers are kind and wonderful, however they need more staff, which is not an uncommon need in all similar facilities. They are actively working to address this. I would recommend The Waverly for a family or friend’s care.

PositiveI work at Waverly Assistant living and memory care and I must say. ..I truly enjoy working here. I'm always seeing teamwork from the caregivers to the dietary staff from housekeeping to the maintenance and the office staff. Every single person here is truly dedicated to ensure that the residents are happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to place a loved one in a upscaled..modern...classy Assisted living and Memory care facility that they come to Waverly Assisted living and …

PositiveThis facility is an excellent facility with fantastic infrastructure. The nursing and care staff is also excellent. Since this facility opened in early [date removed], it is still developing the programs and ancillary activities normally seen at a typical assisted living facility. The dining options and food could also be improved in the future.
