PositiveThey were easy to work with and friendly. They know who my mom is and call her by name. Facility appears clean no matter the time of day I visit. She doesn't participate in activities or the bus so I have no comment there. We had a billing snafu her first month and took longer than necessary for resolution. Also created extra charges to her account. Put in a maintenance ticket right after she moved in and still hasn't been completed. Her biggest complaint about the facility is the overall price and the dining servi…

PositiveThe salesperson [name removed]. She knew everyone's name when we came across people on tour and introduced us. She was Great! After we got in, we heard she was fired-didn't meet her numbers. What a shame that CEO's don't get it. Residents and staff loved her. Rather than keep her on job, they have to bring in another person, start over when they could have kept her and worked with her. Especially since she was the best of anyone they've had there...which we heard often.

PositiveWe are very happy with the facility and the staff both in dining and office. The people who live here are excellent! Our only debate has been with the dining. They are working to improve the quality but need to still improve the food for older people with different health problems (heart, diabetic, etc.).

PositiveStaff is caring and communication is easy. Corporate owners are a different story. The building had leaks in the attic this past winter from uninsulated fire suppression pipes in the attic that froze and cracked. This was the third episode in eight years. All three floors of the building were affected with several residents in temporary quarters for two months. Meal quality has fallen over the past year. Meat is tough, meals are starchy, and there is much repetition. It feels like a budget problem. Friendliness a…
