I am a former resident of the facility which dropped from a 4.5 to a 2.5 of 5 on it's best day Staff has dropped from excellent, caring, professionals to only a few of the same. They dropped night shift to ONLY aides. Of the 3 former ways for residents to call for help, none were left active. The food quality dropped from an easy 4 minimum to consistently under 3. Breakfast dropped from a decent size meal after a LONG fast. One day, the largest meal of the day, lunch, was two thirds of a bowl of vegetables, noo…

floor care is becoming scarce. no activities as far as I'm aware of. When my sister first came back in December of 2022 there were nurses and aids running around everywhere but they're very scarce now…1 nurse and 1 aid now. I know there have been changes but why and what happened?

I would recommend The Woodlands. The staff is great and the food looks great. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication with the transition team getting your loved one moved in and situated.

The memory floor is outstanding and everyone that works there is great. We picked this community, because It was closer to where our brother lives. Better and easier for him, actually.
