★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very nice and helpful. Mom just couldn't adapt to it which was really sad. They bent over backwards to help with her and also gave me a lot of support. If they had more than 1 nurse at the facility I believe would be a huge benefit. The administrator at Timberview really does love all of the residents there. She takes a lot of time to talk with them and their family and gets to know each of them. She always had time to talk with me and always spoke with mom in her office every day she was there
★★★★★
PositiveCaring staff, easy to work with, good activities. I liked the mix of residents versus memory care segregation. When Mom went in, we were told the main living room area would be renovated within a few months. There was no movement towards that. Facility was clean and serviceable but due for some refurbishment.

They have changed meal time for 1/2 of the residents and staff aren't as friendly as they were on initial visit. Mom…

The only thing that bothered me was mom was the youngest there, but that's truly not the facility's fault. The parking lot could be slightly bigger but that is truly just splitting hairs because it's such a small problem that only is a deal during holidays

PositiveDad is living in Timberview. He is always going to complain. However, the director, [name removed], absolutely loves him. It makes things much easier. The staff is very attentive. I was impressed when the day we arrived, almost all the staff came into his room to meet him. Even the cook arrived to ask about the foods he liked and didn't like. I wish I could take care of him at home, this is the next best choice. The director, [name removed], is incredible!!! She has made all the difference with my dad! The setting …
