PositiveI'm happy because the Memory Care Director has been important for my transition as well as Jeff, who is the resident. We are working through Jeff's behaviors of restlessness and aggression and a wound that has appeared on his foot. She takes on a true attitude of education with me and her staff and it is welcoming.
Response from the communityThank you for your thoughtful review! We’re grateful for your kind words and are honored to be part of both your and Jeff’s journey. We’re delighted to hear that our Memory Care Director and team have provided the support, communication, and guidance needed during this transition. Providing compassionate, personalized care while partnering closely with families is at the heart of everything we do. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and recommendation.
