The staff are friendly and help on the spot taking care of her. The staff shares how she is adjusting to new life. The rooms are always clean. She likes the food. Staff share what she does that day. The room she is at is great size for her. Overall she is very happy at this facility. Great fit for her.

Room size is fine. If the room has lvp over carpet it would be better. Cleanliness is ok. Laundry...items go missing which is annoying when they are labeled. Care is mediocre at best and has gone downhill since new ownership. For whatever reason staff is fleeing. Food was very good. There were some concerns about communication, as family was not always notified consistently about resident incidents. There were also occasional concerns about personal care and handling. I'm happy because the Memory Care Director has been important for my transition as well as Jeff, who is the resident. We are working through Jeff's behaviors of restlessness and aggression and a wound that has appeared on his foot. She takes on a true attitude of education with me and her staff and it is welcoming.
