Review for Tower Grove Manor

The staff is wonderful with the residents, cleanliness is maintained around the facility, and they are pet friendly. The Dining facilities are more than adequate and they endeavor to keep meals from becoming routine and boring. There are plenty of activities to entertain our residents.

Friendly Staff

[name removed], the director, is very patient and kind. She explained everything in detail and was very accommodating to our requests. She made the transition very comfortable and is always available for questions or just to chat. The other staff members are also very friendly and helpful.

Looked nice, but with her low vision she does not want to live in the city where it is Too congested. The parks across the street looked very nice but the streets looked difficult to cross. She cannot use her cane and walker at the same time.

A Great Place to Live

We are new here but I have never met so many friendly people! I looked at least 20 different senor living places and this met all our needs. For us, the cost and pet policy had a lot to do with it. We are directly across from the park. There is no extra cost, at all, for pets and they were fine with the fact that we had three cats. My mom and I recently had taken a tour of this community for my loved one and so far we have no complaints of how things went. The staff where on time and the property was very clean. They made sure to answer any questions we had for them and even offered for us to try one of there meals. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

My home

I am very happy with this community. I like the staff that is always caring and helpful. It is clean and that is nice to see a home taken care of.The meals are very good and I enjoy everything. They offer nice activities for me to participate. I recommend others to this community for great care and a nice place to live.
