PositiveI’ve been there twice and found Town Village to be an open and airy place with lovely trees and flowers outside. Nice rockers outside for a person to relax. Very calming and clean. I do intend on moving there once my details are taken care of. Many interests, and pets are welcome.

PositiveThe staff and quality of care is great. The food is really great and my sister has met some people and become friends. What I didn't like was the cost of having facility assistance to insure my sister was taking her meds. $500 per month to insure she takes her 2 pills in the morning and a couple more in the evening seems like overcharge. So instead my nephew and niece (her children) must go there daily to make sure as my sister is on a very fixed income and we are trying to stretch her dollars as much as possible. …

PositiveWhile the sales associate spent a lot of time with me and was thorough is showing the various areas and explained the many amenities I felt like I was being pressured into making a quick decision on a unit with a special price with a couple of added discounts. Since my existing lease doesn’t run out until [date removed] I wasn’t ready and feel I wanted to see other places. There were instances of chipped paint o many doors, a stained shower stall in one of the units shown me. The floor plans were relatively small. …
