What we like the most about the community is all their caring personnel. I would just say quality of food and would be nice to have choices instead of just one thing. Drove past this facility many many times and didn't know what a wonderful memory care facility lied in the back of this property. I came in & out of towne center for work & honestly they are one of the worst at patient care. The nurses are lazy, don't care and don't know anything. Most days it looked like there were plenty of Aids but residents still weren't receiving adequate care. & Then I found out alot of the Aids werent even state certified to work. While in the building i personal wittinessed: *The CNAs are rude/ harsh when talking residents * CNA ignore call lights, * Residents dont smell/ look like they are being takencare of pr…

The staff members there have been great, and our loved one is very happy with the meals. Sometimes it is hard for our loved one to participate in the activities but they have a lot of things to do. The staff have kept up really good communication with our family as well., and the value for cost is great.

The community is affordable. Some of the staff are great to work with. The food is pretty good, the only downfall is the fruit is all canned along with a lot of the vegetables. Some of the activities they have to offer include: daily exercise classes, games, movies, and more for the residents to participate in.
