Staff has seemed very unhappy since change in management. They no longer smile and laugh with my mom Activities director left and my mom no longer looks forward to any new activities Food: whenever we take mom to eat everyone is complaining about food being overcooked and tastes like cardboard Before new management the building smelt clean. Now it's stale and faintly like a bathroom Mom's room is small now that's she has settled in and she hopes for a bigger room If it fits the budget

I thought they did a nice job of calming my father who was very angry initially about being there. He was only there 5 months before he passed but had begun to open up. Also they had very nice family events monthly.
