I voted a little less for the cleanliness of the facility. It is generally clean but I feel like the hallways to the residents places could use a vacuum. Their General Manager[Name Removed] is so personable and he took the extra time to help me get into my mom's room before my mom moved here from Wyoming. I couldn't get the key fob to work and he walked me to her room and made sure there wasn't a key activation issue.
