Tribute at The Glen

I visited Tribute based on my research. As it turned out, due to another complication with my husband, I signed a contract for him to go to Tribute. After his release from nursing care, I drove him to Tribute and now at nearly three weeks of adjusting, we are waiting for him to settle down. My experience with asking questions and touring the facility was excellent!

The facility was very nice and while I was there it had a very calming atmosphere. It is definately somewhere I would consider putting my mother if I go with this option.

STAFF to resident engagement is needed consistently

We are new to memory care and I rate it as fair because there is not enough activity and the staff does not engage with the residents as they sit idle all day.

Recommended Choice

Staff below the directors were a mix of motivated to disengaged, but more than half seemed to genuinely care. Senior staff was very caring and acted quickly to the benefit of the people staying there. They quickly acted to fix errors or shortcomings.

It's a clean nice place but the admin is not good. When we arrived there was a director who gave me a lot of confidence and medical director who was very efficient. They both left. I could never figure out who to deal with about my dad. The food was very basic but not bad. The facility itself is new and nice. I think there was programming and one thing they did do which was great was having APP to be able to see pictures of all the special events and activities.
