★★★★★
Positivea little disappointed that our loved one was there less than a week and the [Amount Removed] activity fee wasn't prorated. The intake was outstanding. The tour was helpful and the paperwork was easy to understand.
★★★★★
PositiveNo problems. Everyone seems to care. Would recommend. Have been very happy with it so far.
★★★★★
PositiveWe were impressed and chose Trinity. They were very helpful and are continuing to help. Good reviews and later learned a friend used them and felt the same way.
★★★★★
PositiveWe had to move our MIL to memory care with hospice care. Prior to that the assisted living staff dis a great job in checking on her, referring her to the ER as needed, and communicated regularly. Even better now.
★★★★★
PositiveThere are up front extra payments that make it too expensive. There is a fee of almost $[removed] that is described as like an HOA fee in addition to the monthly fee. That makes over $[removed] besides furniture to move in. Nice facility but too many extra fees that makes it out of price range for most.
★★★★★
PositiveI would give everything a 5/5 except their policy about the activity fee. Dad was there only a week yet we did not even receive a prorated offer. We lost [removed] on just the activity fee. The in take was great. That is really the only concern we had.
