Staff and care very good. Dad likes most of food but he has low appetite. Cleanliness very good. His apartment is spacious. This facility is very nice and get a lot for the reasonable cost.

I am not very pleased with the care my Mother is receiving at Trustwell. The staff that provides the meds and Mom's other needs do a very poor job. Sometimes my Mother receives her meds and sometimes she doesn't. Sometimes my Mom's laundry gets done and sometimes not. When she uses her call light it can take up to 2 hours before anyone comes to her room. I would not recommend this place for your loved one unless they do not need assistance. Cleanliness, looks, smell, ate 2 meals there they were not fancy just good food, extra services for assisting residents and Price was the best of all that I saw.

I like the cleanliness and the staff however, they're understaffed. They haven't given my mom any physical therapy since she got there. That's one of the reasons I chose Trustwell so I'm disappointed about that.
