Electric, cable, and 3 meals a day are all included in the rent. For activities, they have special days where they take you shopping and out to eat. Coming up soon, they're going to have a Senior Prom. They have musical nights where people play the guitar and things. They have yoga class, dominoes, bingo, nail polish, and a beauty/barber shop on-site. They have a Veterans' wall with pictures hung up. They also have special doctors - podiatrists, hearing doctors, dermatologists - who come by for those who don't get …

PositiveOur tour here was very nice. We really liked University Place. It was clean, and they engaged with the people who live there. It's a very good choice if you’re in that position in Abilene. Basically, it came down to location. We chose a place closer to our family. Also, there's a big swing in price, and University Place was thousands more.
