Review for Valley Park Manor

Administration was awesome at being available and communicating what was happening with my dad. Answering any questions was never an issue. The facility itself, for memory care patients was not stellar - dated is the word. It was, however clean and very accessible. The food was good. The assistants demonstrated a personal connection with patients and seemed kind attentive and caring. My one complaint is that personal property - like clothes, towels and bedding, cards and pictures - was constantly disappearing and r…

Love this place!

Very affordable. Not too big, meaning more attention to my father. Staff is attentive, kind and caring, and available to talk when needed. They have been great about informing us when there is any kind of issue. Feel very good about dad being there!

Definitely recommended

I really appreciate the Administrator [name removed] for giving me her phone number where I can text her with any questions/concerns. The head Nurse [name removed] really cares about the residents and does an excellent job explaining their medications to them. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Perfect Place for My Loved One for a Great Value

This is an excellent place! This fit my loved one's personality perfectly. You can find a different place with more entertainment; however this was the best place for my loved one. The staff communication with the family was great! They were available by phone, text, or email and they were very prompt in responding to the family's questions.
