Esmeralda is great. All 5s! Esmeralda has been so helpful in getting my mother settled in. She even took care of having her prescriptions transferred to a local pharmacy. I love that she only has four patients and includes them as part of her own family.

Met [name removed] and toured home. Single bed private room avail. 2 other residents, ages 80 & 86, there for 3 and 4 years, 1 male and 1 female (Alz). Very respectful care

We chose Via Esmeralda LLC because my mom was here previously and they took excellent care of her. When my dad went in here, they assigned him and aid who stayed with him 24-7. The staff are all very caring people. I would highly recommend them.

[Name removed] was welcoming and spent a good hour with me discussing my father's developing dementia issues. The house is a little dark but was very festive in decoration for Christmas. Her grandson was there and I met a couple of patients. The home is nicely laid out with a great backyard for residents to spend time.

The care at this communitywas wonderful. We liked the staff who were very caring and went above and beyond. They did make him smoothies with fresh fruits. The community was clean and he always liked going out on the patio. We felt like they had an extreme caring touch for him and they made sure he was always comfortable. This was so important to him and we would be more than happy to let other families know that the care of this community is exceptional.

A good home for your loved one

The owner, Esmeralda and her two grandsons operate and care for the residents. They are very caring and gentle with the residents, and were great with my Dad, who was there due to stage 4 cancer and Alzheimer's. I felt comfortable leaving him there in their care. They were kind and considerate. Fed him good quality meals with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Always kept a clean house and kept him clean and well groomed.
